OnTarget Cashback - Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain how cashback works on OnTarget (website and mobile app). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

Cashback is available to all customers who place an order on OnTarget, whether logged in or using guest checkout.

2. Earning Cashback

• Cashback is earned only on orders paid online via payment gateway.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) and other offline payment methods are not eligible.

3. Guest Orders & Cashback Claim

Customers who place orders without logging in can still earn cashback. To access and use this cashback, the customer must log in or create an account using the same email address used during the order.

4. Using Cashback

• Cashback can be used on both the website and mobile app.
• User must be logged in to apply cashback.
• At checkout, users can choose how much cashback to use (full or partial).
• Cashback will be deducted from the total order amount.

5. Mobile App Welcome Bonus

New users who log in to the OnTarget mobile app for the first time may receive a R 100 welcome cashback. This bonus can be used on both the app and website.

6. Cross-Platform Usage

Cashback earned on the website or mobile app can be used on either platform once the user logs in.

7. Expiry

Cashback is valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date it is credited. Unused cashback will automatically expire after this period.

8. Restrictions

• Cashback cannot be transferred to another user.
• Cashback cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

9. Changes & Misuse

OnTarget reserves the right to modify or cancel cashback offers at any time without prior notice. Any misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity may result in cancellation of cashback or account suspension.
